Optimization of yield density model

Module content

The yield density model module is mainly used to model the yield density relationship. After you input the yield density data, the system will select the best yield density model for you to describe the relationship between crop yield and planting density. The running results of the system will be displayed from three aspects

Data table display
This section shows the data you entered and the output data predicted after system modeling
Model operation and selection
This part shows the expression of the best model selected by the system, the estimation of model parameters and the MSE of model fitting
Data visualization display
This part shows the curve of the best yield density model and the goodness of fit test of the model

Module implementation method

1. Yield density model to be selected

Six classical yield density models were selected by consulting literatures

2. Model parameter estimation

The model parameters of six yield density models were estimated based on elitist strategy genetic algorithm and least square method, and the fitting results were calculated

3. The optimum planting density range

Taking the mean square error of model fitting as the selection standard, the yield density model with the best fitting effect was selected
